Receptionist was ok but we were booked into a room that was having maintenance done so had to comeback downstairs. We were promised a restaurant voucher for compensation but received nothing. Swimming pool and spa pool were booked out and no free parking as stated on the facts on the tv.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. It would be nice to maybe add welcome water bottles in the room.
